NEWSLETTER - 30/11/2007

Hey Basket Weavers,

It was a fairly hectic weekend with 2 PTQ's-for Magic & YGO, both
happening on Sunday, and after the dust settled long time cool guy
Clarrie Brown won himself a ticket to the MTG Pro Tour in Kuala
Lumpa by beating Team Shonks' spiritual father Jim "Shonky" Bandas
in the final. And the best pound for pound Yugioh duelist in the
country, Kevin Luong, won the Yugioh Phaorohs Tour qualifier at
Sydney Games Centre, beating Chris Darmardi in the final. Great work
Kevin.

And Movember is nearly OVER! Many will say that's a good thing,
given the caterpillar like substance going around above the mush of
Obiwan Foggobi and I, but we're not so sure. Chris has had a variety
of movie roles offered to him and I keep getting asked to sign
autographs, which I sign Merv Hughes.. SO maybe we'll keep them. But
whilst we think about keeping them, you guys can go a long way in
helping us with that decision by donating to the Movember cause by
popping your loose change into our Mojars at Sydney Games Centre or
buy donating online at this link

Its another exciting weekend at Sydney Games Centre this weekend,
details as follows:

MAGIC THE GATHERING TRADEABLE CARD GAME

As we said earlier Clarrie Brown is off to PT Kuala Lumpa to
