NEWSLETTER - 15/06/07
Hey Planetary Commanders,
Last weekend was the 2007 Yugioh National Championships, and the
event was an amazing success, not only by the way that UDE run it,
but also the way the judges worked hard and politely effiecently all
weekend, the way the players played in a good natured, good
sportsman like way and the SGC regular, Egon Cardenes, played
briiliantly for 8 rounds plus a top 8 play-off to come from a duel
down to beat Queensland representative(and fine guy and VS player as
well)Kurt Nightfind in the final to become 2007 Yugioh Champion!
Reza Aimdezadeh, Tasmania Welgang and Chester Swords, all Saturday
morning regulars, all also made the top 8 and took home a box of
product for their toil.
Meanwhile, back at the ranch Field Commander Foggo and the
Wonderfully Awesome Vickey did a fine job at running around 8 other
tournanemts over the weekend, including a 38 player YGO Hobby League
Saturday! Great work guys

MAGIC THE GATHERING TRADEABLE CARD GAME
We have been inundated with emails begging the Mighty Allan Sharpe
to make an appearence at this years Nationals, which are on July

to go is those from the countries top MTG players begging us to keep
the MIGHTY Allan Sharpe in Sydney to give everyone else a chance!
Whatever happens, we want the MIGHTY Allan Sharpe to be there, with
his tech, on our side. My sexy girlfriend, Eliza, also wants him
there but she won't tell me why and she doesn't even play Magic!
Last weekend we had a sealed tournament, and it was no real surprise
to see MR Limited himself, Adrian Capilitan, at the top of the table

players develop their skills against others their own age and we
help out with play tips and deck advice, plus there is HEAPS of
boosters, promos and other goodies up the the guys as well
MTG rocks. Both Field Commadner Foggo and I are going to The

second and third best players behind the MIGHTY Allan Sharpe. If

Trek is FANTASTIC! It is a awesome game with great cards and a fun,

equally balanced. I'm going to play the world championships in
August in Indianapolis and frankly, I can't wait! I have fun start

a game cruise in and ask Kieren the Klingon, the future 2007 World
Champion, for a game, he'd be happy to show you hows its done!
YUGIOH TRADEABLE CARD GAME
As I said in the intro, Egon Cardenes played out of his skin to be
Australian YGO Champion and will now fly to San Diego in August to
represent his country in the wolrd championships! And where does
Egon play to hone his skills? SGC Hobby League of course! I don't
know who won last week as I was at Bondi but 38 players duelled it
out and had a great old time despite the yucky weather! And Hobby
League is on again this Saturday from 10am-1pm. It costs just $5 to
play, we have both junior and open tournaments run simultaneously,
both are UDE sanctioned and EVERYONE wins a prize.
Yesterday the new Force of the Breaker special edition pack came in
and looks AWESOME! it has 2 FOTB boosters and a INVASION OF CHAOS
booster in it, which is reason enough to buy, plus 2 super rares!
Come and and grab the while we still have them!
NARUTO COLLECTABLE CARD GAME
Last Saturday was the first Naruto tournament we've run where Curse
of the Sands is tournament legal and it REALLY made the great game
even better! Everyone said the different elements are now very well

both here and throughout the rest of the country, is a fine game, is
on tele and is the next BIG anime game. Cruise in on a Saturday and
try it, it is fun!
VS(Marvel & DC) TRADEABLE CARD GAME
More WOOHOOO! ing from me as the other favourite Kieren game is also

so lets show them their support is well placed. We may even
demonstrate to these guys that we deserve more events of this type!

of the Breaker is out now, plus restocks of all Duelist packs. WOW
TCG have released a series of sexy looking playmats that you can buy
and are on sale now for just $25(they look HOT). And finally, the
reason I'm rushing to finish this is so I can go back to cracking my
SECOND box of the latest TREK expansion In A Mirror, Darkly. It is
SOOO good its not funny. We got 12 displays in and I'm already onto
my second, I love it. Come in quick before I crack it all, except
