Hey GamersIts time to play with all the new cards that have been released
lately and SGC has plenty of events to satisfy.
YUGIOH TRADEABLE CARD GAME
Hobby League tournaments on Saturday from 10am-1pm with entry just
$6 and boosters and promo cards up as prizes. There is also a 13 &
under tournament for the younger players and we have people on hand
to make any rulings required. We then run 2 on 2 teams tournament
from 2pm Saturday afternoon till about 4.30pm. Entry is just $5 per
player and boosters and promos are up as prizes.
This Sunday (11th May) at Good Games we have the next YGO Regionals.
Start time is Midday and $15 to enter. More information can be found
at www.goodgames.com.au.

playmats. Plenty of other booster prizes.
If that's not enough excitement we will also be running a Win a Crush
Card Virus Tournament. This will be guaranteed if we get at least 24
players otherwise it will be a win a box tournament. Get this card in
time for Nationals:

POKEMON TRADEABLE CARD GAME
This Sunday is our usual Pokemon League. Only $6 to play and a great
way to make new friends and have a great day of playing Pokemon. Come
in between Midday till 3:30pm.
We will be having a Pre Release of the latest set of Pokemon –

MAGIC THE GATHERING TRADEABLE CARD GAME
Time to draft Shadowmoor and Thursday night is draft night at SGC and
the draft will start as soon as we have 8 players. So get in early to
be in the first draft. For any late players we give the option of a 2
headed giant which is a blast. Draft sets are $15 for your first
draft and $12 for any subsequent drafts.
FNM is on again this Friday with this months FNM promo being
Pendlehaven. Start time 6:30pm. $6 entry with everyone winning a
prize no matter what place you come.
This Sunday we have Vintage/Legacy Sunday, May 11th
11AM - Vintage - Unlimited Proxies - $10 entry - cool T1 prizes!
2PM - Legacy - $10 entry - cool Legacy prizes!

THE SPOILS TRADEABLE CARD GAME
Come in and play this great game, every Saturday drafts from 2pm.
Plenty of huge events coming up as below. Kieren recently travelled
to Las Vegas and came second in a major Spoils event which then makes
me ask the question if hes that good why cant he win local events.
I'm sure its because of the quality of Australian players.
Last Sunday we had the Winter Championships which had a great turnout
with Troy Armstrong taking home the uncut Foil sheet. Its all a warm
up for one of the biggest events coming up as below.

This will be a HUGE weekend of The Spoils TCG. Various stores will
run trials where players can earn a round 1 bye in the lead up.

Prizes: HEAPS of boosters, t-shirts, promos and bragging rights of
being the Australian Teams Champions for 2008!
These 2 events will be heaps of fun and a great way for new players
to get a taste for how good The Spoils is. The teams event will be
especially unreal for newbies who can hook up with a regular player
or 2!
We'll also run drafts on demand from midday Friday onwards
The Spoils Sealed IRON MAN Australian Championships
When: Saturday 31st May after main swiss rounds(approximately 4.30pm)
Format: IRON MAN Sealed(you get a competition pack and 2 boosters to
CRACK and make your best 45 card deck with. If you win the round, you
take all your opponents remaining cards and rebuild your deck. Any
cards going to the discard pile must be ripped up)
Entry: $30
Prizes: You keep all remaining cards, plus win a t-shirt, play mat
and a box of Nutigrain
WORLD OF WARCRAFT TRADEABLE CARD GAME
Drafts are on Tuesdays and Thursday nights from 6pm with draft sets
just $15. Tuesday nights are also Raid nights so come in and be part
of the fun. $2 to play and Treasure cards and Promos up as prizes.
Coming up is the "Hunt for Illidan" Sneak Peek on the weekend of June
21 and 22.
VS TRADING GAME
The next VS Tournament will be Golden Age Constructed as below

Marvel Universe is looking to be released in June so we will be

DUNGEONS AND DRAGONS COLLECTABLE MINIATURES GAME
If you'd like to play either of these fine minis games cruise on in
on a Tuesday. Its free, fun and we have a great bunch of people
playing. We have starters and boosters available in store.
The latest Star Wars boosters Legacy of the Force is in!
The new D & D Dungeons of Dread starters and boosters are in!
MECHWARRIOR COLLECTABLE MINIATURES GAME
We play each Sunday afternoon from 2.30pm till close, it costs just
$5 to play and we crack boosters and give out LE's as prizes.

BOARD GAMES NIGHT
Tuesday nights are board games night. Starting from 6pm and finishing
at 10pm so bring in your favourite game and let the dice start
rolling.

Games Day and the release of 4th Edition will be held at SGC on
Saturday 7th of June. Plenty of giveaways and a fun day. If you are
interested in DMing pleas let us know.
We have several people interested in joining a group so if you are
interested in DMing or playing then let us know so we can get you

WARHAMMER FANTASY WARHAMMER 40K
Every Thursday night is Wargaming night so bring in a friend and have
